Subway Street, off Hessle Road, Hull, East Yorkshire.  Now predominately an Industrial area where once residential homes stood - home to the early Edgar/ Cressey families.  The b/w photo is believed to have been taken in the late 50s of Subway St, looking north to Hessle road.  The parade is that of the Dairycoates Church of St Mary & St Peter.
