Alf Bradley whom she had married in 1933, took his own life at their home just weeks before their son David was born in 1937.

Believed to be Rosie and a friend called Barker Circa 1937

She returned home to 14 Collenso Street, Hull, where she remained for virtually the rest of her life, sharing her later years in the family home with sister Hilda Grace Fuller.
