George Billany
born 1829 at
Hull, East Yorkshire, England, the youngest of two children of
George Billany who was presumed dead in 1831, and his wife, Sarah
Smith (originally Gravaline).
At
the UK Census of 1841 Both Neiles and His brother George were shown
working for Thomas Humphrey a Shipbuilder of Wilberforce
St,
Kingston-upon-Hull, England, as an Apprentice shipwright and
carpenter. Mother Sarah was not about at this time and father George had
died in 1831.

1892, burial No 1986. The
grave contained within Western Cemetery, Hull was visited on 10 Aug
2001. No headstones remain.

Starkey. Douglas and Rhoda were the parents
