Henry Martin Beckett, b. c. 1820, (Bapt 13th April 1820) Great Yarmouth the Fifth Child of William Draper Beckett and Sarah Pricilla Hook. He married Harriet Wilkinson on the 6th April 1854 in Norwich St. Peter Mancroft. Harriet b.c.1823 in Norwich, Norfolk. This couple probably produced the following children. In 1861 they were residing at 2 Newcastle Place, Paddington, London. Henry Martin was declared to be a Tea Dealer and Grocer. Source Citation: Class: RG9; Piece: 4; Folio: 11; Page: 15 First Child George Henry Beckett b.c.1856 at Middlesex, no trace from 1871 - still researching Second Child. Son Frank A. Beckett b.c. 1859 Paddington London. Frank spent many years residing with his parents until their death in 1892. In 1901 son Frank is still residing at 277 Edgware Road only now with a wife and 6 year old child. Listed as a grocer. He had married Elizabeth Matilda Cleave in 1893 at Paddington . 277 Edgeware Road, Paddington, London. Henry was declared to be
a Grocer employing 2 men and 1 boy. Son Frank is still
residing with parents, son George Henry is not present
and recent searches have proved negative. Henry was declared to be a Grocer. Son Frank is still residing with him, a grocers assistant.
