     Robert Bean (b.c. 1719) baptised 12th November 1721 at Middleton by Pickering, Yorkshire, the eldest child of George Bean and Isabel Hardwicke,     He  married Margaret Munkman, born Settrington, Yorkshire c. 1723  on the 7th October 1744.   This union produced the following eight children  between 1747 and 1764.

    Robert Bean died in Settrington, Yorkshire in June 1780, his burial taking place on 20th June 1780.   Margaret Bean (Munkman) died 7th November 1800.

First Child.   Daughter.   Jane Bean born Settrington c. 1744.  Jane was christened on 14th February 1745.

 Second Child.   Daughter.   Ann Bean born Settrington c. 1747.  Ann was christened on 7th January 1748.

Third Child.   Son.   George Bean born Settrington c. 1750 - 1751. George was christened on 27th May 1750.    He was buried 15th December 1751.

Fourth Child.  Son.   Robert Bean born Settrington c. 1752.

Fifth Child.  Son.   Thomas Bean born Settrington c. 1756 - 1756.  Thomas was christened on 20th January 1756.    He was buried 28th January 1756.

Sixth Child.    Son.   William Bean born Settrington c. 1758-1797.

Seventh Child.  Son.  John Bean born Settrington c. 1761.

Eighth Child.   Son.   George Bean born Settrington c. 1764-1767.   George was christened on 23rd April 1764.    He was buried 28th September 1767.
